Studio Schedule

WELCOME TO OUR FITNESS STUDIO

Our St. Catharines fitness facility is divided into two areas:

PERSONAL TRAINING ROOM: This room is equipped with free weights ranging from 3-50 pounds, bosu balls, pilates balls, medicine balls and a cable machine (300 pounds of weights) for all your weight lifting needs.  There is also a treadmill and elliptical machine to satisfy your cardiovascular component.  This room is to be used one on one with the personal trainer, who will sit down with you to discuss your fitness goals and develop a personalized program.  Come dressed ready to exercise with your water bottle!

Indoor shoes only please!

YOGA/ PILATES STUDIO:  The studio is fully equipped with large and small blocks,  bolsters and straps to aid in posture alignment.  When class is done and it is time for relaxation, we have meditation cushions, eye pillows and blankets!  Come dressed in loose comfortable clothing, bring your yoga mat and water bottle.


No plastic bottles please!
