Looking for an effective yet fun way to keep fit this fall?

We are offering a challenging yet fun group workout where the focus is on “fitting fitness” into your day!  Experience the thrill of pushing yourself to the limit, and then feeling successful at reaching your health and fitness goals.  This Bootcamp caters to every fitness level and encourages all participants to be the fittest they can be!

Bootcamps are 2 x week (hour sessions), 4 weeks in length
October Bootcamp starts the week of October 3rd

Morning Bootcamp:  Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:00-8:00AM
1st week:  Tues Oct 4th, Thurs Oct 6th
2nd week: Thurs Oct 13th
3rd week: Tues Oct 18th, Thurs Oct 20th
4th week: Tues Oct 25th, Thurs Oct 27th
final session Tuesday Nov 1st
Morning Bootcamp: Wednesdays and Fridays 7:00-8:00 AM
1st week: Wed Oct 5th,  Fri Oct7th
2nd week: Wed Oct 12th,  Fri Oct 14th
3rd week: Wed Oct 19th,  Fri Oct 21st
4th week: Wed Oct 26th,  Fri Oct 28th

Evening Bootcamp:  Mondays and Thursdays 5:30-6:30 PM
1st week: Mon Oct 3rd,  Thur Oct 6th
2nd week: Wed Oct 12th, Thurs Oct 13th
3rd week: Mon Oct 17th,  Thursday Oct 27th
there is no Bootcamp Class Monday Oct 10th as this is Thanksgiving

November Bootcamp starts the week of November 7th
