Working With Weights

The “Working With Weights Circuit Class” is a low-impact, whole body workout that targets all major muscle groups (legs, hips, back, abdomen, chest, shoulders, and arms) with the use of dumbbells. This full body workout is an excellent choice for anyone new to weight training, or anyone who can only afford to work out once or twice per week. The “Working With Weights Circuit Class” will help you build strength, manage your weight, increase bone density, improve balance, coordination and mobility. This helps to reduce your risk of falling and help you maintain independence in performing activities of daily life.
If you’re interested in feeling stronger, healthier and more vital, then this is the workout for you!
