Kundalini Yoga-combines conscious breathing, guided movement, meditation, simple postures, stretching, sequence, rhythm, and sound to affect one’s metabolism.  It is a tool to balance body, mind, and being. The goal of this practice is to remember who you truly are, love yourself completely, and to live your truth in the kindness you show others.  Participants are encouraged to wear white.  We will share in yogi tea after class!

Vinyasa Flow: this class will focus on the coordination of breath and movement through the practice of Sun Salutations and other flowing sequences of postures.  This is a physically challenging class and is ideal for those individuals who have a regular yoga practice or who are familiar with Sun Salutations.
