I have been in the fitness industry as a professional personal trainer since March 2005 but my love affair with fitness began over 25 years ago and continues to grow stronger every single day. I believe that fitness is a frame of mind, which means training the mind and body to work together to achieve overall good health. Mind/Body/Balance.
My goal is to teach people how to incorporate fitness into their everyday lives by providing intense, yet fun workouts specific to the needs, goals and level of each client. Achieving your maximum potential is not just a simple goal - it is a lifestyle. Working through physical challenges in the gym strengthens not only your muscles, but also your resolve to conquer everyday stresses, leading to an elevated quality of life.
Fitness is my passion. Staying fit. Motivating others to become fit. And really understanding how empowering fitness can be. Exercise enhances every aspect of physical and mental well being; therefore, I strive to encourage, support, and challenge my clients to feel strong and confident and to develop fitness activities and programs they truly enjoy.
