Mary Di Giorgio
Mary began exploring the practice of yoga in 1998. Wanting to deepen her understanding, and share her love of yoga with others, she completed the 200hr Yandara Yoga Teacher Training in 2010. Mary believes that no matter what age, size, agility, everyone including you- can benefit from a regular yoga practice. She teaches yoga in a non-competitive, accepting atmosphere that can be varied to your specific lifestyle: active and athletic or gentle and restorative.
Mary’s classes will offer a mindful based exercise that increases focus, flexibility, and strength as well as the proper use of physical alignment to promote your overall health and well being. Most of all, Mary will create a moment in your busy life where you can truly connect to yourself, as well as connect with the joy of being a part of a yoga community. Mary is eager and excited to continue learning and growing with Integrated Health Care and Fitness and her students.
