Integrated Health Care: The Natural Origin of Health and Wellness

Monique Idzenga

    Monique has been practicing yoga on and off for quite a few years, but it wasn’t until a few years ago that her love for yoga began.  Being faced with a difficult challenge led her to understand the unique benefits that yoga has to offer.  Wanting to share that knowledge and love, Monique felt that the next natural step was to become a teacher and lifetime student.  She completed her yoga teacher training 200 hour program at Yoga by Sarah in March 2011.  Also realizing the powerful effects of meditation and its practices, Monique has recently enrolled in the Meditation Facilitator Program with Tony Murdock.
    Monique wants to help her students take what is learned on the mat and apply it in their everyday lives.  By creating a positive and relaxing environment, her classes help to establish a more balanced and positive lifestyle.
