Rose’s passion for health and wellness began in 1985 when she started teaching fitness classes in Toronto. Since then she has become a certified Personal Trainer through the Canadian Fitness Professional Association and for the past 8 years has discovered her true passion in the Pilates method. She is Stott certified, qualified to teach group mat classes as well as work one on one on the Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrels.

Rose is dedicated to sharing the many benefits of Pilates including core strength, joint mobility, flexibility, leaning out and lengthening of muscles, improved posture and greater body awareness.
